Shipments

The national shipping service is through Estafeta and is 1 to 3 business days if the jewel is in stock.

Delivery time is valid for orders paid before 12:00 PM. In case of payment in OXXO, deposit or transfer, please send the voucher to the email [email protected] to speed up the processing of the order.

Once your order is placed, we will confirm it within 24 hours via e-mail. In case of not having stock, we will indicate the delivery time.

If you want to change the parcel service, request it to the aforementioned mail or in the comments at the time of making your purchase.

Cancellations can not be made once the payment has been made.

Returns

Communicate to the email [email protected] within the next 3 business days after receiving your order, explaining the reason why you are not happy with your piece, including your data with which you placed the order, so you can give solution and explain the policies of changes.

In case of receiving a damaged product please communicate it to the email [email protected] attaching photos of the piece, as well as your purchase data and guide number with which you have received and we will communicate to indicate the product return data damaged as well as the time in which the product will be replaced.

Note: There are no refunds in cash, the change is for one piece or several of the same or greater value and pay the difference.
